FAQ

What are the requirements to rent a bicycle, scooter or motorcycle?

Bicycle: Booking Form, waiver and deposit (Driving license or  1,000 pesos cash)

Mountain Bike: Form, waiver and deposit (Driving license or  2,000 pesos cash)

Scooter/motorbike: Driving license, experience driving scooters/motorbikes, form, waiver and deposit

(Either a Passport, 4,000 pesos, 200usd, £200, 200 Euros cash)

Why do you ask for the deposits to be in cash?

From experience, using a card deposit system creates more negativity. Some deposits have taken upto 4 weeks to return to a clients card. Our deposit process not only makes our clients and ourselves feel secure that we are honest and they will get their deposit back if they bring the scooter back in the condition they received it.

What is your deposit process?

At the start of each rental process, we record a video of the condition of the vehicle being rented. This is then sent to the client  via whatsapp or airdrop. This way, neither us or the client can dispute any damages. Remember, our excess fee is 4,000 pesos

(200usd ish) That would be the maximum a client would have to pay in the unlikelihood of them damaging the vehicle.

What is the maximum rental period ?
